 Yes, the walls and frames can be decorated to match your event theme, as long as no permanent damage is done. We kindly ask that all additions be removable and leave the structure in its original condition. If you have specific décor ideas, we're happy to discuss the best ways to safely attach them. 

 We are happy to take your order over the telephone, text or via email. You can start this process now by creating a quote online. A security deposit and signed contracts are required to reserve the rentals. 

 We recommend placing your order at least 3-6 months in advance to ensure availability and accommodate any customization requests. However, if you have a specific deadline or need something sooner, please let us know - we'll do our best to accommodate your request.  

 Personalizing your Polaroid frame is easy! When placing your order, simply provide the details you'd like to include—such as names, dates, theme, or phrase. We'll send you a design proof for approval before printing to ensure everything is just right. If you need help deciding, we're happy to offer suggestions to match your event style. 

 Yes, our walls and stands can be used outdoors, but only on sturdy, level ground such as concrete or pavement. For safety and stability reasons, they cannot be set up on grass, dirt, gravel, or lawn surfaces. If you're unsure about your event location, feel free to contact us—we're happy to help assess suitability. 

 Yes, we offer a battery pack option for our neon signs if there is no power outlet available. This allows for flexible placement at your event. The battery pack is available for an additional $25 rental fee. If you’d like to add this to your order, just let us know!
